郑州机场航空货运流程关键问题优化

Optimization of Key Issues in Air Cargo Process of Zhengzhou Airport Based on ACI Model

郑州机场作为"一带一路"重要对外开放口岸,其航空货运能力面临着重大挑战。为突破郑州机场货邮吞吐量的提升瓶颈,本文构建ACI模型,从通达(Access)、成本(Cost)以及货源(Input)三个方面分别对郑州机场航空货运流程存在的关键问题进行分析,表明郑州机场在航线、运力、服务流程效率、平台完善度以及货源方面亟待优化并给出优化方式。本文最后给出郑州机场航空货运发展相关建议。

Zhengzhou Airport, as an important opening port for the "Belt and Road", faces major challenges in its air cargo capacity. In order to break through the bottleneck of increasing cargo and mail throughput of Zhengzhou Airport, this paper builds an ACI model to analyze the key problems of Zhengzhou Airport’s air cargo process from three aspects of Access, Cost and Input. It shows that Zhengzhou Airport needs to be optimized in terms of route, capacity, service process efficiency, platform perfection and cargo source, and gives an optimization method. At the end of this article, we give suggestions on the development of air cargo transportation in Zhengzhou Airport.
