长输水系统水泵性能监测研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 由于地形起伏多变,长距离输水系统通常会设置多级泵站对管道内水流进行加压。水泵作为泵站的主要动力设备,通过其性能监测建立全面健康评价模型,并以此为基础对可能出现的主要故障进行诊断,对泵站安全和系统稳定具有重要意义。基于此,综述了长输水系统中水泵性能监测理论和技术方法、水泵性能健康评价模型和故障诊断等主要方面的研究进展,认为目前将振动信号作为水泵性能监测的主要依据,对其开展幅域和时域的分析,结合智能算法进行分析的成果较少,在利用算法实现水泵主要故障诊断和健康评价等方面还需进一步深入研究。 Long-distance water conveyance systems often have multi-stage pumping stations to pressurize the water flow in the pipeline due to the undulating topography.As the main power equipment of the pumping station,the health evaluation model of water pump in operation by its performance monitoring and the diagnosis of major faults are of great significance to the safety and stability of the pumping station.This article summarizes the current research progress on the theory and technical methods of pump performance monitoring,pump performance health evaluation and fault diagnosis in long-distance water transmission systems.Vibration signals are the main basis for pump performance monitoring,and their amplitude and time domains are mostly used.Analysis results combined with intelligent algorithm are less,and the use of intelligent algorithms to diagnose faults and evaluate pump health needs further research.
