摘要
隧道工程衬砌结构病害对其正常运营会造成极大的不便,甚至有可能引发相关安全事故。结合云南海口磷石膏库排水隧道补强加固工程实践,在阐述其衬砌混凝土结构受力特性的基础上,通过Midas Civil三维有限元技术软件,对其衬砌施工缺陷段的二衬结构安全性进行了有限元分析,提出了衬砌结构补强加固实施方案。工程采用“灌注裂缝胶+锚固粘贴钢板补强”加固方法不仅施工工艺较为简单,而且对隧道原有衬砌结构的扰动性较小,具有良好的工程实际应用意义和推广价值。
The defects in tunnel lining structure will cause great in convenience to its normal operation,and even may cause related safety accidents.Combined with the practice of strengthening and reinforcement worksof drainage tunnel in phosphogypsum site in Haikou,Yunnan Province,based on the stress characteristics of the lining concrete structure,the safety of the secondary lining structure in defective section of the lining construction is analyzed by using Midas civil three-dimensional finite element technology software,and the strengthening and reinforcement scheme of the lining structure is put forward.The reinforcement method of“pouring crack glue+anchoring and pasting steel plate”is not only simple in construction technology,but also less disturbing to the original lining structure of the tunnel,which has good practical application significance and promotion value.
