摘要 在铁路桥梁施工建设中,应用预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工技术,对保证施工质量有积极作用。基于此,立足现有的技术和经验,结合工程实例分析了预应力混凝土连续箱梁技术的应用要点。结果表明,铁路桥梁对施工质量的要求非常高,在桥梁跨度不断增加和结构愈发复杂的背景下,传统桥梁施工技术,已经无法满足工程施工要求,连续梁体系采用单箱单室变高度箱形,相比于单箱多室箱形梁,施工工序相对简单,可降低施工难度,保证施工质量,施工速度快,施工安全系数高。 In the construction of railway bridge,the application of prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction technology plays a positive role in ensuring construction quality.Based on the existing technology and experience,The application of prestressed concrete continuous box girder technology combined with engineering cases is analyzed.The analysis results show that the requirements of railway bridge construction quality are very high.Due to the increasing bridge span and increasingly complex structure,the traditional bridge construction technology has been unable to meet the engineering construction requirements.The continuous beam system adopts single box and single cell variable height box.Compared with single box and multi-cell box girder,the construction process is relatively simple,which can reduce the construction difficulty,ensure the construction quality with perfect constructing speed safety factor.
