目标教学模式结合PBL教学法在急诊护理教学中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的分析目标教学模式结合PBL教学法在急诊科护理教学中的应用价值。方法选取2015年9月-2019年5月在我院急诊科实习的护理实习生54名,实习期为4周,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=27)和对照组(n=27)。对照组采用传统常规一对一临床教学模式,实验组采用目标教学模式结合PBL教学法进行临床教学,实习期结束分别考核护生急诊科基础理论知识和护理实践操作能力,同时调查护生对临床带教的满意度,分析对照组与实验组最终带教效果。结果两组护生学历层次、性别无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。带教后实验组在急救理论、实践操作技能等成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对带教的满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科临床护理教学中,采用目标教学模式与PBL教学法结合带教方式,有利于激发护理实习生学习的积极性,掌握急救理论与急救技能,有利于提高临床教学效果。 Objective To analyze the application value of objective teaching mode combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of emergency department.Methods From September 2015 to May 2019,54 nursing interns in emergency department of our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=27)and control group(n=27).The traditional one-to-one clinical teaching mode was adopted in the control group,and the objective teaching mode combined with PBL teaching method was adopted in the experimental group.At the end of the internship period,the basic theoretical knowledge and practical nursing operation ability of the emergency department of the nursing students were assessed respectively.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of the nursing students with the clinical teaching was investigated,and the final teaching effect of the control group and the experimental group was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the results of the experimental group in the first aid theory and practical operation skills were significantly better than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group in the teaching was significantly better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching of emergency department,the combination of objective teaching mode and PBL teaching method can stimulate the learning enthusiasm of nursing interns,master the first aid theory and skills,improve the clinical teaching effect.
