摘要
目的探讨基于雨课堂结合翻转课堂教学模式在外科护理学教学的教学效果。方法随机选择2016级本科护理专业4个班132名学生为观察组,对外科护理学理论课进行利用雨课堂开展以微视为导向的翻转课堂教学;2015级本科护理专业4个班130名学生为对照组,实施以教师讲授为主,结合多媒体及课后布置作业完成教学的常规教学方法。结果观察组和对照组期末理论考试成绩分别为(74.31±4.63)分和(70.18±4.25)分,观察组学习成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知自我管理能力、信息能力及学习合作能力得分及总分显著优于全国常模(P<0.01)。结论“雨课堂”+“翻转课堂”教学模式能够提高学生自主学习能力和学习成绩,是一种高效的信息化教学方式。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of surgical classroom nursing teaching based on rain classroom and flipped classroom teaching mode.Methods 132 students from 4 classes of undergraduate nursing majors in 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group,and the theory of surgical nursing was used in the rain classroom to carry out micro-oriented flipped classroom teaching.130 students in 4 classes of 2015 undergraduate nursing majors were the control group implemented a conventional teaching method based on teachers'teaching,combined with multimedia and homework assignments after class.Results The final theoretical test scores of the observation group and the control group were(74.31±4.63)and(70.18±4.25)points,respectively,and the learning performance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive self-management ability,information ability and learning cooperation ability scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The“Rain Classroom”+“Flip Classroom”teaching mode can improve students'self-learning ability and academic achievement,and it is an efficient information-based teaching method.
