摘要
目的调查实习护生的职业价值观和临床学习环境的现状,了解临床学习环境对护理职业价值观的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、护理职业价值观量表和临床学习环境评价量表对江西省南昌市三所省直三甲医院共615名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生职业价值观得分为(98.28±14.89)分,临床学习环境评价得分为(158.15±22.62)分,均为中等偏上水平。职业价值观与临床学习环境总分及其各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论临床学习环境会对实习护生的护理职业价值观产生正向影响。创建良好的临床学习环境有助于增强实习护生的护理职业价值观。
Objective To investigate professional values of nursing students and clinical learning environment,understand the influence of clinical learning environment on nursing professional values.Methods A total of 615 nursing students in three first-class hospitals of Nanchang city,Jiangxi province were investigated by general information form,nursing professional values and clinical learning environment evaluation scale.Results The scores of nursing professional values and clinical learning environment were(98.28±14.89)and(158.15±22.62),both of which were above the average.Professional values were positively correlated with the total score of clinical learning environment and all its dimensions(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical learning environment has a positive impact on nursing professional values.The establishment of a good clinical learning environment is conducive to the formation of positive nursing professional values of nursing students.
