教学门诊在住院医师培训中的实践与应用

The Application of Teaching Clinic in Resident Training

教学门诊在住院医师规范化培训中具有重要作用,不仅可以提高住院医师的问诊、查体、病历书写能力,锻炼住院医师与病患及家属交流沟通、疾病诊断等综合能力,更能让住院医师深入体会门诊常见问题处理方法。文章通过分析我院在教学门诊实践中存在的一些问题,结合工作实际与培训经验,通过调整门诊轮转时间、优选门诊带教老师、开展分级分层培训等方式提高住院医师的培训质量。医院开展教学门诊培训后,有效弥补了传统培训方法的不足,加强了对住院医师在门诊进行针对性的指导,提高了住院医师临床诊疗能力,结业考核成绩逐年提高,值得借鉴和推广。

Teaching of outpatient clinic plays an important part in the standardized training of residents.It can not only improve the ability of consultation,physical examination and medical record writing of the residents,exercise the comprehensive ability of communication between residents and patients and their families and disease diagnosis,but also enable the residents to deeply understand the treatment methods of common problems in outpatient clinic.Based on the existing problems in the implementation of teaching of outpatient clinic,together with the actual work and training experience in our hospital,this paper aims to improve the training quality of the residents in teaching of outpatient clinic by increasing the rotation period of outpatient clinic,selecting excellent teachers and hierarchical training.After carrying out the training of teaching of outpatient clinic in our hospital,it effectively compensated the shortcomings of traditional training methods,strengthened the targeted guidance of residents in the outpatient clinic,improved the diagnosis and treatment ability of the residents,and enhanced the performance of graduation assessment,which is worthy of reference and generalization.
