踝关节融合术治疗终末期踝关节创伤性关节炎疗效评价

Effect Evaluation of Ankle Arthrodesis in the Treatment of End-stage Ankle Joint Traumatic Arthritis

目的评价踝关节融合术治疗终末期踝关节创伤性关节炎疗效。方法选取2018年5月-2019年6月本院收治的62例终末期踝关节创伤性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分组,每组各31例,行保守治疗的为对照组,行踝关节融合术治疗的观察组,评价指标为治疗效果、踝关节功能评分、疼痛评分以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的总有效率比对照组高,其不良状况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的踝关节功能评分、疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后与对照组相比,观察组的疼痛评分低,踝关节功能评分高,并且观察组患者的生活质量指标高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗终末期踝关节创伤性关节炎选用踝关节融合术的治疗价值显著,患者的关节功能和生活能力能得到良好改善。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of end-stage ankle joint traumatic arthritis.Methods A total of 62 patients with endstage traumatic arthritis of the ankle in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the lottery method,with 31 cases in each group.The conservative treatment group was the control group.In the observation group treated with arthrodesis,the evaluation indicators were the treatment effect,ankle joint function score,pain score and quality of life.Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse conditions was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of the ankle joint function score and pain score before treatment.Compared with the control group,the observation group had low pain scores and high ankle joint function scores,and the quality of life indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of ankle arthrodesis in the end-stage ankle joint trauma is significant.The joint function and living ability of the patient can be improved.
