针灸和语言训练用于语言发育迟缓患儿的效果

Effect of Acupuncture and Language Training on Children With Language Developmental Retardation

目的探究针灸干预+语言训练干预计划开展于语言发育迟缓儿童中的临床治疗价值。方法对2017年2月-2019年6月内蒙古赤峰市医院康复医学科纳入的74例语言发育迟缓儿童开展课题指标评估,对儿童实行分组方法选择抽签方式,每组37例,实验组选用针灸干预+语言训练干预计划,参比组选用单一语言训练干预计划,统计有效及显效总占比、治疗前及治疗4个疗程后语言发育情况调查结果。结果实验组有效及显效总占比、治疗4个疗程后主动发音或会讲字及词例数相比于参比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为语言发育迟缓患儿选取针灸干预+语言训练干预计划展现良好临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of acupuncture intervention+language training intervention program in children with language developmental retardation.Methods 74 cases of children with language retardation who were included in the rehabilitation medicine department of Chifeng Hospital of Inner Mongolia from February 2017 to June 2019 were evaluated.The children were divided into groups and selected by drawing lots,with 37 cases in each group Results of investigation on language development after three courses of treatment.Results Compared with the reference group,the total effective and markedly effective proportion,the number of cases of active pronunciation or speaking words and words after 4 courses of treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture intervention+language training intervention plan for children with language development retardation shows good clinical treatment effect.
