世界牛球虫种类与地理分布

BOVINE COCCIDIA SPECIES AND WORLD DISTRIBUTION

为全面了解牛球虫的种类及在世界各地的分布状况,本文收集整理了世界上有关牛球虫报道的文献,依虫种学名的字母为序,介绍了27种牛球虫,其中25种艾美耳球虫(Eimeria)、2种等孢球虫(Isospora),每种球虫包括中文名称与学名、宿主名称、寄生部位、致病性和地理分布,部分种类有同物异名,地理分布则按国家或地区的英文或拼音字母为序。在收录的60个国家中,分布最广的球虫为椭圆艾美耳球虫(52个国家),其次为奥博艾美耳球虫(50个国家),第三为牛艾美耳球虫和邱氏艾美耳球虫(均为48个国家),分布少于10个国家的种类占51.85%。报道球虫种类最多的国家为印度(20种),其次为中国(19种),第三为巴西(16种),报道少于10种球虫的国家占51.67%。本文能反映出牛球虫在世界范围内的基本分布状况,为全面了解牛球虫的种类与地理分布提供了一份较为完整的基础资料。

In order to comprehensively understand the species of bovine coccidia and their distribution in different countries,we reviewed the literatures and collected references of bovine coccidia published so far in the world.A total of 27 bovine coccidia species,including 25 Eimeria species and 2 Isospora species,were introduced with the alphabetical order of their scientific names.Each specie was listed and introduced with its Chinese name,scientific name,host name,parasitic site,pathogenicity and geographical distribution.Some species also had their synonyms.The geographical distribution was listed with the alphabetical order according to English or Chinese name of a country or region.Among 27 bovine coccidia species discovered in 60 countries,the most widely distributed coccidia species wasE.ellipsoidalis (52 countries),followed by E.auburnensis (50 countries),and E.bovis and E.zuerni (both 48 countries).In general,51.85% species were distributed in less than 10 countries.The country with the most reported coccidia species was India (20 species),followed by China (19 species),and Brazil (16 species).In contrast,51.67% countries had less than 10 coccidia species.This review collected the basic distribution of bovine coccidia in the world,and provided a basic information for a comprehensively understanding of the species and geographical distribution of bovine coccidia.
