摘要
硅藻土惰性粉是一种不产生抗性的物理杀虫剂,已应用于某些植物害虫和粮食仓储害虫的杀灭,但对媒介硬蜱的杀灭效果还没有报道。本研究通过喷洒硅藻土惰性粉,分别对不同发育阶段的长角血蜱和亚洲璃眼蜱进行杀灭实验,观察蜱的死亡情况。结果发现硅藻土惰性粉对二种硬蜱的幼蜱和若蜱均具有一定杀灭作用,但对成蜱无效。本研究结果为消杀环境和畜禽圈舍中幼蜱和若蜱提供了一个可选的绿色环保方法。
Diatomaceous earth powder is a kind of physical pesticide that does not produce resistance and has been applied to kill some plant pests and grain storage pests.There is no report so far for its killing effect on hard ticks.In this study,Diatomaceous earth powder was sprayed onto the ticks Haemaphysalis longicornis and Hyalomma asiaticum at different developmental stages or engorgement condition to evaluate its effect.As a result,Diatomaceous earth powder killed both larvae and nympha ticks but had no effect on adult ticks,indicating that it might be an alternative environment-friendly method for tick control.
