Discussion on the construction of hydrological institution and support capacity in Tibet

西藏是重要的国家生态安全屏障,西藏水文是构筑国家生态安全屏障和西藏水利事业发展的重要基础支撑。对标新形势新任务新挑战新要求,分析了当前西藏水文机构和保障能力建设存在的突出问题,从立长远补短板的角度提出下一步工作建议,以期推动西藏水文事业健康持续发展。

Tibet plays a key role as the barrier for national ecological security.Hydrological development in Tibet shall be the basic support for the formation of national ecological security barrier and water development.Facing new situation,tasks,challenges and requirements,studies are made on the factors that discourage high-quality staff to serve for hydrological development.It is suggested to make long-term thinking and address deficiencies in the next stage,so as to promote healthy and sustainable development of hydrology in Tibet.
