摘要
建设一流本科教育背景下,以教育部首批卓越教师培养计划项目为依托,卓越职教师资培养立足于"学术性、技术性、师范性"融合的专业内涵,综合运用STEM教育理念,构建模块化结构和单元式设计思想为指导的新课程体系,遵循能力导向、层次递进、优劣互补、理念先行的原则,提出培养目标、课程模块、核心能力、课程标准四个维度的STEM课程开发策略,为推进高素质、专业化、创新型卓越师范人才培养提供理论支撑。
Under the background of building first-class undergraduate education,relying on the first batch of excellent teacher training programs of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.The excellent vocational teacher training is based on the professional connotation of"academic,technical and normal",comprehensively uses STEM education concept,constructing a new curriculum system guided by modular structure and unit design idea.Based on the principle of ability oriented,layer progressive,complementary advantages and concept priority,this paper proposes a STEM curriculum development strategy with four dimensions of training objectives,curriculum modules,core capabilities and curriculum standards,so as to provide theoretical support for the promotion of high-quality,professional,innovative and excellent teaching staff training.
