摘要
为提高中药药渣资源的循环利用途径提供参考,以33日龄健康天露黑鸡为试验对象,在基础日粮中分别添加5%、10%、15%食用菌降解后的黄芪药渣,进行41d的肉鸡饲喂试验,研究食用菌降解后的黄芪药渣对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉肌苷酸含量的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加不同剂量食用菌降解后的黄芪药渣对天露黑鸡的生长性能有一定的促进作用;添加5%的处理显著提高天露黑鸡平均日增重与日采食量;添加5%、10%、15%的处理均可改善肉鸡的屠宰性能,添加15%的处理屠宰率极显著高于不添加的处理;各处理组间全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率无显著差异;不同添加处理均可提高天露黑鸡肌肉风味指标肌苷酸水平,添加10%、15%处理的胸肌和腿肌肌苷酸含量分别极显著和显著高于不添加处理。日粮中添加不同剂量食用菌降解后的黄芪药渣能促进天露黑鸡的生长性能,改善屠宰性能,提高鸡肉风味指标的肌苷酸水平。
In order to provide a reference for improving the recycling of traditional Chinese medicine residue resources,33-day-old healthy Tianlu black chicken were employed as the test object,and 5%,10%,and 15%astragalus residues degraded by edible fungi were added to the basic diet.A 41-day broiler feeding experiment was carried out to study the effects of astragalus medicinal residues degraded by edible fungi on the growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle inosinic acid content of broilers.Results:Adding different doses of edible fungi degraded astragalus medicinal residues in the diet had a certain promotion effect on the growth performance of Tianlu black chicken;Adding 5%treatment significantly increased the average daily gain and daily feed intake of Tianlu black chicken.5%,10%,and15%addings could improve the slaughter performance of broilers.The slaughter rate of 15%treatment was significantly higher than that of the control;The total evisceration rate,breast muscle rate,and leg muscle rate had no significant difference among the treatment groups.Different treatments could increase the level of inosinic acid in the muscle flavor index of Tianlu black chicken,and the inosinic acid content in breast muscle and leg with 10%and 15%addings were extremely significant and significantly higher than the control.Adding astragalus medicinal residues degraded by different doses of edible fungi in the diet could promote the growth performance of Tianlu black chicken,improve slaughter performance,and increase the inosinic acid level of chicken flavor indicators.
