4个高辣素辣椒品种在罗甸县的适应性评价 被引量:5

摘要 为高椒素加工辣椒品种在罗甸及类似地区的种植提供依据,引进宏绿1号、RS5、P002和P003高辣素加工辣椒品种,采用田间试验方法,研究其在罗甸县的适应性。结果表明:4个辣椒品种在罗甸生育期为287~295d;株高,宏绿1号最高,为106.67cm,P003最矮,为82.33cm;单果重,各品种为5.52~9.23g,依次为P003>P002>宏绿1号>RS5;产量,各品种为741.83~1556.77kg/667m^2,依次为P003>P002>宏绿1号>RS5;总辣椒素、辣椒碱和二氢辣椒碱含量,宏绿1号最高,分别为39.327g/kg、23.891g/kg和11.503g/kg,RS5其次,分别为25.384g/kg、14.650g/kg和8.196g/kg;辣度均为10级,均属最高级辣度,斯克维尔指数230412~606423;各品种病毒病病情指数为39.09~45.75,P003相对较抗病毒病。综合其产量、辣椒素含量和病毒病病情指数看,P003适宜在罗甸及相似区域种植。 In order to provide the basis for cultivation of high capsaicin content processing pepper cultivars in Luodian and similar areas,the adaptability of introduced Honglü1,RS5,P002 and P003 with high capsaicin content in Luodian is studied by a field test.Result:The growth period of four tested pepper cultivars is 287—295 din Luodian.The plant height of Honglü1 and P003 is the maximum and the minimum,respectively 106.67 cm and 82.33 cm.The single fruit of four cultivars is 5.52—9.23 g and ranks P003>P002>Honglü1>RS5.The yield of four cultivars is 741.83—1556.77 kg/667 m^2 and ranks P003>P002>Honglü1>RS5.The total capsaicins,capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin content in Honglü1 is the maximum,respectively 39.327 g/kg,23.891 g/kg and 11.503 g/kg,followed by RS5,respectively25.384 g/kg,14.650 g/kg and 8.196 g/kg.The spice level of four tested pepper cultivars is level 10,which belongs to the highest level.The Scoville index is 230412-606423.The virus disease index of four tested cultivars is 39.09-45.75 and P003 is relatively resistant to virus disease.P003 is suitable for cultivating in Luodian and similar areas considering yield,capsaicin content and virus disease index comprehensively.
