油茶产量与品质影响因素的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 油茶是我国特有的木本油料植物,也是世界四大木本油料植物之一,油茶产量与茶油品质受自身遗传特性及外界环境影响,但在油茶选育及栽培过程中,大多只关注单一指标对其产量与品质的影响。为油茶优良品种的选育及油茶产业的可持续发展提供参考,从油茶的生物学特性、影响油茶产油量与茶油品质的生物学因子及环境生态因子进行概述,归纳总结各因子对油茶产量及茶油品质的影响,并指出下一步的研究方向。 Camellia oleiferais a unique woody oil plant in China,and also is one of the four woody oil plants in the world.The yield of C.oleifera and the quality of tea oil are affected by its own genetic characteristics and external environment.During the process of breeding and cultivation of C.oleifera,the effect of single index on the yield and quality is mainly concerned.In order to provide a reference for breeding of excellent C.oleifera varieties and sustainable development of C.oleifera industries,the biological characteristics of C.oleifera,biological factors and environment ecological factors influencing oil yield of C.oleifera and tea oil quality are reviewed.The effects of various factors on yield of C.oleiferaand tea oil quality are summarized,the future research direction is proposed as well.
