摘要
近年来,以手性生物分子和纳米粒子为基元构建的手性纳米材料,因具有独特的光学性质和尺寸效应,已被广泛应用于气体吸附、光电材料和生物传感等领域。目前已报道的手性纳米材料主要包括手性碳纳米材料、手性硅纳米材料、手性金属纳米材料、手性有机框架纳米材料和手性配位聚合物纳米材料等。该文主要介绍了近五年来上述几类手性纳米材料的制备及其在生物传感应用中的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
In recent years,chiral nanomaterials based on chiral biomolecules and nanoparticles have been widely used in the fields of gas adsorption,photoelectric materials and biosensing due to the unique optical properties and size effects.At present,the reported chiral nanomaterials mainly include chiral carbon nanomaterials,chiral silicon nanomaterials,chiral metal nanomaterials,chiral organic framework nanomaterials and chiral coordination polymer nanomaterials.This article mainly introduces the preparation of the chiral nanomaterials mentioned above as well as the advances in the application of biosensors in the past five years,meanwhile,the further development prospects are predicted.
