摘要
表面活性剂包裹碳纳米管(CNTs)可以有效改善碳纳米管的溶解度和分散性,使其保持稳定状态,进而可作为背景添加剂用于毛细管电泳(CE)中进行物质的分离。将羧基多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-COOH)作为背景添加剂加入缓冲液中进行多肽的分离。对缓冲盐、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、MWCNTs-COOH的浓度,p H和电压等条件进行优化,在最优条件10 mmol/L磷酸盐,30 mmol/L SDS,8 mg/L MWCNTs-COOH,p H 8.85和电压12 k V下,成功分离了6种多肽,为多肽分离提供了一种全新的方法。
Surfactants coated carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are stable in solution and can effectively improve the solubility and dispersibility of CNTs.CNTs can be used as additives to separate substances in capillary electrophoresis(CE).In this paper,carboxyl multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs-COOH)were added in buffer to separate peptides.The separation conditions,such as the concentrations of phosphate,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and MWCNTs-COOH,the optimization of p H and voltage,were optimized.Six peptides were successfully separated under the optimal conditions:10 mmol/L phosphate,30 mmol/L SDS,8 mg/L MWCNTs-COOH,p H 8.85 and 12 k V.Using MWCNTs-COOH as additives,it provides a new CE method for peptides separation.
