一种基于电压控制与场放大样品堆积实现离子在线双富集的电泳微芯片研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合微芯片电泳-电容耦合式非接触电导检测(ME-C4D)与电压控制-场放大样品堆积技术,设计了一种新型的离子在线双富集电泳微芯片。本研究在传统十字电泳微芯片的样品蓄液池后引入第二蓄液池,利用电压控制,实现了离子在线双富集,并以K^+,Na^+,Li^+3种离子为分析物,考察了微芯片的功能。在最优富集与电泳条件下,样品溶液(K^+,Na^+,Li^+)在100 s内成功实现了富集与分离。实验结果表明,K^+,Na^+,Li^+的富集倍数分别为41,37和34倍。3种离子迁移时间的RSD在5.3%~6.2%范围内,峰高的RSD保持在5%以下。 A novel new electrophoresis microchip for ion on-line double concentration was constructed by microchip electrophoresis-capacitively coupled contactless conductive detection(ME-C4 D)and voltage controlfield amplified sample stacking.In this study,an additional reservoir was introduced after the sample reservoir of the traditional cross-electrophoresis microchip,this achieved ion on-line double concentration by using voltage control.The K^+,Na^+,Li^+were utilzied as the analytes to investigate the performance of the microchip.Under the optimal concentration and electrophoresis conditions,the sample solution contained K^+,Na^+,Li^+was successfully enriched and separated within 100 s.The results indicated that the concentration factors of the K^+,Na^+and Li^+were 41,37 and 34 fold.The RSD of the three ions migration time was within 5.3%-6.2%,and the RSD of the peak height was maintained below 5%.
