摘要 随着人们经济生活水平的提高,开始越来越关注健康,日常饮食中的食盐量已经成为饮食健康的一个重要指标之一。为了便于准确方便地测量饮食盐度,通过对电极间等效电阻的测量及温度对其影响的研究,提出一种利用双电极电导率的方法来测量盐度的方案。该方案以双电极作为传感器,高精度电压采集芯片作为放大器,单片机作为控制核心实现对盐度的测量。实验结果表明:该方案的盐度的测量范围为0~2.5%,测量精度可达0.1%,可以满足人们日常生活的需求。 With the improvement of people′s economic living standards,they begin to pay more attention to health.The amount of salt in their daily diet has become one of the important indicators of dietary health.In order to facilitate accurate and convenient measurement of dietary salinity,this paper proposes a method for measuring salinity by using the two-electrode conductivity based on the measurement of the equivalent resistance between electrodes and the effect of temperature on it.The solution uses dual electrodes as sensors,high-precision voltage acquisition chips as amplifiers,and single-chip microcomputer as the control core to achieve salinity measurement.Experimental results show that the salinity measurement range of this scheme is 0~2.5%,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.1%,which can meet people′s daily needs.
