摘要
海底法兰定位仪是一种测量海底管道端部法兰间的相对位置参数的仪器,其测量的数据包括两法兰的相对角度,相对距离,以及法兰自身的倾角。介绍了一套基于磁敏传感器(AS5045)的数显式法兰定位仪电控系统,通过将该系统装载在相应的机械结构里实现了法兰相对位置的精确测量,证明了该系统的可靠性。
The submarine flange locator is a kind of instrument to measure the relative position parameters between the flanges of submarine pipeline.The measured data include the relative angle,relative distance of the two flanges,and the inclination angle of the flange.This paper mainly introduces a set of electronic control system of digitized flange locator based on magnetic sensor(AS5045).The system is installed in the corresponding mechanical structure to realize the accurate measurement of the relative position of the flange,which proves the reliability of the system.
