纳米ZnO-硬脂酸改性无纺布吸油性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用以纳米氧化锌与硬脂酸改性的无纺布为吸附剂,对植物油、汽油、柴油、煤油进行吸附性能研究。考察了硬脂酸用量、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:改性无纺布具有较好的吸油性能与疏水性能,在25℃,吸附30 min时,植物油、汽油、柴油、煤油的吸附倍率分别为21.4 g/g,16.30 g/g,12.80 g/g,9.8 g/g,吸油材料疏水性能良好,吸水倍率仅为3.4 g/g;吸油材料性能稳定,对植物油、汽油、柴油、煤油三次回用率分别为61.8%、64.8%、68.5%和63.7%,对植物油、汽油和柴油保油率较高,60 min后保油率分别为74.8%、72.5%和68.7%;纳米氧化锌与硬脂酸改性的无纺布吸附速率快,吸附倍率高,可回收利用,是理想的吸油材料。 The adsorption properties of vegetable oil,gasoline,diesel oil and kerosene are studied by using non-woven fabric modified by nanometer zinc oxide and stearic acid as adsorbent.The effects of stearic acid dosage,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on adsorption performance are investigated.The results show that the modified non-woven fabric has better oil absorption and hydrophobic properties.The adsorption rates of vegetable oil,gasoline,diesel oil and kerosene are 21.4 g/g,16.30 g/g,12.80 g/g and 9.8 g/g respectively under the conditions of absorption temperature 25℃and absorption time 30 min.Hydrophobicity of 5%SA-ZnO/NWF is good,the water absorption rate is only 3.4 g/g.The oil absorption materials have a high retention rate and the oil retention rates of vegetable oil,gasoline,diesel oil and kerosene are 74.8%,72.5%and 68.7%after 60 min,and three-time reuse rates are 61.8%,64.8%,68.5%and 63.7%respectively.Nano-ZnO and stearic acid modified non-woven fabric is an ideal oil absorbent material with fast adsorption rate,high adsorption rate and recovery.
