均匀分布钢渣超微粉的制备及性能研究

摘要 以乙二醇与三乙醇胺为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂配制钢渣助磨剂。将钢渣助磨剂与滚筒渣混合后进行粉磨,获得钢渣超微粉。将均匀设计与BP神经网络结合,建立乙二醇用量、三乙醇胺用量、无水乙醇用量、磨机转速与粒径分布均匀程度的BP神经网络优化模型,以获得均匀钢渣超微粉的实验方案。结果表明:钢渣超微粉最优实验方案:乙二醇用量、三乙醇胺用量、无水乙醇用量和磨机转速分为1.83 mL、1.92 mL、2.75 mL和650 r/min。均匀分布钢渣超微粉的d90为8.67μm、d50为3.82μm、d50为1.39μm、粒度分布宽度比系数Z为6.24和粒径分布宽度H为1.90,说明其不仅具有良好的粒径大小,而且具有良好的粒度分布均匀程度。钢渣助磨剂不仅可以削弱钢渣的强度,而且可以屏蔽钢渣超微粉的电荷。 With ethylene glycol and triethanolamine as raw material,absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent prepares steel slag grinding aid.Mixing the steel slag grinding aid with BSSF slag by grinding to obtain steel slag ultrafine powder.BP neural network optimization model of dosage of glycol,dosage of triethanolamine,dosage of anhydrous ethanol,grinding speed and particle size uniformity coefficient are established by uniform design in a combination with BP neural network model to experimental scheme of uniform distribution steel slag ultrafine powder.The results indicate that optimal experimental scheme of steel slag ultrafine powder:the dosage of glycol,the dosage of triethanolamine,the dosage of anhydrous ethanol and the grinding speed are 1.83 mL,1.92 mL,2.75 mL and 650 r/min,respectively.Uniform distribution steel slag ultrafine powder’s d90 is 8.67 m,d50 is 3.82 m,d50 is 1.39 m,the ratio coefficient of particle size distribution width Z is 6.24 and the width of particle size distribution H is 1.90,indicating that it not only has a good particle size,but also has a good particle size distribution uniformity.Steel slag grinding aids can not only weaken the strength of steel slag,but also shield the charge of steel slag ultrafine powder.
