Application of Ectopic Fermentation Bed in Pig Breeding

异位发酵床是近年来出现的一种同发酵床原理、将床体建在猪舍外、便于机械化高效处理粪污、特别适用于猪场周围土地受限的中小养猪户处理粪污的新技术。但目前该技术在应用过程中依然有“死床”问题、垫料问题、最终腐殖质有些重金属含量高资源化利用导致环境污染、许多地方缺乏床体建设、管护、垫料选择的地方标准等问题。为了使这一技术在粪污处理上发挥更大作用,本文详细地介绍了这一技术的原理、发酵床的设计、日常管理、存在问题、发展建议等,希望这一技术得到良好推广,在粪污处理上发挥更大作用。

Ectopic fermentation bed is a new technology in recent years,which is based on the same principle of fermentation bed,built outside the piggery,convenient for mechanized and efficient treatment of manure,and especially suitable for small and medium-sized pig farmers with limited land around the pig farm.However,there are still some problems in the application of this technology,such as“dead bed”problem,padding material problem,environmental pollution caused by the high content of heavy metals in humus,lack of bed body construction in many places,pipe protection and local standards of padding material selection.In order to make this technology play a greater role in the treatment of manure,this paper introduces in detail the principle of this technology,the design of fermentation bed,daily management,existing problems,development suggestions,etc.,hoping that this technology could be well promoted and play a greater role in the treatment of manure.
