新闻规律观应该是新闻观之重要内容。在新闻学说史或新闻思想史上,马克思很可能是第一个提出新闻规律的学者。马克思主义经典作家的新闻规律观是新闻学的重要课题之一。作为马克思主义新闻观的奠基者,马克思和恩格斯最早对新闻规律的存在、作用机制和法律及伦理保障做了初步研究。列宁从报刊运作规律入手,认知传媒在俄国建党、夺权与社会主义建设不同阶段的社会功能,同时又深化了对新闻规律性的考察与分析。毛泽东在中国革命和建设中,从反对本本主义、注重调查研究等七个方面切入,拓展和深化了对新闻规律的形成和发展的认识。毛泽东之后的中国共产党几代领导人从不同视域分别对新闻规律进行了有特色、有重点的探讨。习近平在中国全面改革开放的新时代,对新闻传播规律和新媒体运作规律的研究有了新的提升。

The viewpoint of news law should be an important part of news view.Marxist classical writers'viewpoints are one of the important topics in journalism.In the history of journalist theories or journalist thoughts,Marx is probably the first scholar to put forward news law.As the founders of Marxist news viewpoint,Marx and Engels made a preliminary study on the existence,function mechanism and legal and ethical guarantee of news law.Starting from the operation law of newspapers and periodicals,Lenin recognized the social functions of media in different stages of Russian Party building,power seizing and socialist construction,and deepened the investigation and analysis of news regularity.In the course of Chinese revolution and construction,Mao Zedong expanded and deepened his understanding of the formation and development of news laws from seven aspects,such as opposing the fundamentalism and paying attention to investigation and research.Several generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China after Mao Zedong discussed the news law from different perspectives.In the new era of China's comprehensive reform and opening up,Xi Jinping has improved the law of news dissemination and the operation law of news media.
