产教融合视角下地方本科高校人才培养模式改革

Reform of Talent Training Mode in Local Undergraduate Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

人才培养是高等教育最根本的使命和最本质的要求。对地方本科高校人才培养模式存在不足进行分析,以产教融合为视角,从产教融合的内涵及基本模式、地方本科高校人才培养定位与目标、总体思路、支持与保障等方面探索地方本科高校人才培养模式的改革,以期能对深化产教融合、提高地方本科高校人才培养质量等有所助益。

Talent cultivation is the most fundamental mission and essential requirement of higher education.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the current talent training mode in local universities,the article takes the integration of production and teaching as the angle of view,probes into the reform of the talent-training mode of local universities from the aspects of the connotation and basic mode of the integration of industry and education,the orientation and goal of the talent-training of local universities,the general train of thought and the support and guarantee,etc.,it is expected to deepen the integration of production and teaching,improve the quality of local undergraduate training and so on.
