As a kind of identity position,the"slash youth"has a clear group characteristic which is in high agreement with the college student's soldiers.At present,there are many difficulties in college students'adaptation after enlisting in the army and the powerlessness of grass-roots companies in the process of managing this new group.The quality of the"slash youth"is the new perspective of the army's interpretation of the college students'soldiers and the mode of the training of the grass-roots company's talent management based on the characteristics of the"slash youth",which is responsible for the valuable human resource in the military camp.
