摘要
尺寸控制难、通配性差在以PP为塑胶原料的延长线插座领域和其他领域都是一个难题。本文通过试模测算的方法分析了成型工艺、浇口位置、成型材料、产品结构等因素对延长线插座上下盖收缩的影响,并针对延长线插座产品的结构特点制定了收缩率标准。同时用模流分析软件重点分析了产品结构对收缩的影响机理,通过与实际对比,验证了模流结果的准确性,为后续在新品开发中提高延长线插座上下盖的通配性指明了方向,并为其他产品在开发过程中提高尺寸精度提供了方法。
Difficult size control and poor fit are a problem in the field of cord extension sets using PP as a plastic material and other fields.This paper analyzes the influence of factors such as molding process,gate position,molding material,and product structure on the shrinkage of the upper and lower covers of the cord extension set by means of trial model calculation,and establishes shrinkage standards for the structural characteristics of cord extension set products.At the same time,the influence mechanism of product structure on shrinkage was analyzed with mold flow analysis software.The accuracy of the mold flow results was verified through comparison with the actual situation.It also pointed out the direction for the company to improve the fit of the upper and lower covers of cord extension sets in the development of new products.Other products provide ways to improve dimensional accuracy during development.
