摘要
光源类产品以其具有的方便更换,使用场景多等优点,目前在市场上得到广泛应用。本文以前期设计开发阶段为切入点,主要基于相关CAE仿真模拟软件,对所设计的小功率直筒泡进行开模前期阶段的风险规避。在产品开发设计过程中,通过3D建模,分别进行直筒泡热学仿真、力学仿真及模流分析三方面数据模拟分析,对产品进行整体优化,降低开发风险,减少后续开发成本,给出产品结构优化方案。
