冲压油对电机性能影响的研究

摘要 目前,电机设计中的可靠性主要有两个方面,一个是产品研发设计上的可靠性,另一个是生产过程中,各基础工艺组成的过程可靠性。本文针对电机制作中冲压工序进行研究,冲床如果需要实现高速冲制铁芯,模具必须使用冲压油进行润滑和保护,那就使得冲制出来的铁芯及铁芯片间附着了一层油膜,针对该附着层对电机的性能、噪音以及电机的最终效率产生何种影响,影响多大;专业生产厂家或者中小型企业如何应对,过程应采用何种工艺消除影响等展开了研究探讨。 At present,there are mainly two aspects of reliability in motor design,one is the reliability in product development and design,and the other is the process reliability of Each basic process composition in the production process.In this paper,the stamping process in motor manufacturing is studied.If the punch needs to realize high-speed punching of iron core,it must be lubricated and protected with stamping and chip are attached with a layer of oil film,and in view of the impact of the adhesion layer on motor performance,noise,and the ultimate efficiency and cost of motor,how big is the impact?How to deal with the abnormality and what process to eliminate the impact are discussed in this paper.
