基于工艺故障库的PFMEA工作平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of PFMEA Working Platform based on Process Fault Database

针对目前工艺故障模式及影响分析(PFMEA)在航天企业的应用现状,结合国内外发展现状及航天产品的特点,提出了基于工艺故障库的PFMEA分析工作平台的建设研究,充分利用工艺故障库的经验知识、产品工艺物料清单(PBOM)工艺信息,建立一套基于PFMEA的工艺风险分析工作平台,切实提升PFMEA分析的有效性,并将工艺风险分析工作纳入型号研制流程。

In view of present situation of the PFMEA applications in aerospace enterprise,combined with domestic and foreign development situations and the characteristics of space products,this paper researched on construction of PFMEA working platform based on the process fault database.Through making full use of the experience of process fault database,PBOM of products information,a set of process risk analysis based on PFMEA working platform is established to promote the validity of PFMEA analysis and make process risk analysis into the product development processes.
