不合格品审理信息化实现及数据挖掘利用研究

Research on Information Realization and Data Mining and Utilization of Unqualified Products Review

论述了对不合格品审理过程实施高效管控及对过程数据进行深入挖掘的重要意义。通过对用传统方法开展审理的现状和弊端进行分析,在如何提升不合格品审理过程效率和规范性,以及如何把过程数据应用于持续改进方面进行了论述。提出了利用信息化手段建立不合格品审理系统,开展数据挖掘的思路,从审理的过程字段细分、系统建设思路、审理数据的利用等方面提出了改进建议,完善了过程控制方法。

The article discusses the importance of implementing efficient management and control of the process of unqualified products review and in-depth mining of process data.By analyzing the current situation and disadvantages of using traditional methods to carry out the inspection of unqualified products,we discussed on how to improve the efficiency and standardization of unqualified products review and how to imply the process data to continuous improvement.The article puts forward the idea of using technology information to establish an unqualified products review system for data mining.In addition,some suggestions on the subdivision of the process field of the review,the use of the review data,etc.are proposed,which improve the process control method.
