摘要
教学管理是高校管理过程中极其重要的组成部分,教学管理人员是教学过程中不可或缺的参与者和实践者。教学管理人员之所以会产生职业倦怠情绪,与其工作的学校层面的大环境、教学管理工作本身的特点、教学管理人员的性格与知识能力水平等因素有关。因此,为达到缓解直至消除职业倦怠的最终目的,既需要高校的积极作为,高度重视教学管理队伍建设发展,从学校制度设计上给予其必要的保障;又需要教育管理人员个人积极作为,制定科学合理的职业生涯发展规划,提升解决实际问题的工作能力,自觉适应新时代变化对于教学管理岗位的新要求。
As teaching management is an important part in colleges and universities,teaching managers are indispensable participants and practitioners in the process of teaching.The reason for their job burnout is related to the overall environment at the school level,the characteristics of teaching management itself,their personality and knowledge as well as other personal factors.Therefore,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of alleviating or even eliminating job burnout,colleges and universities need to attach great importance to the construction and development of teaching management team,and provide necessary guarantee of the school institution.In addition,it is necessary for teaching managers to develop their scientific and reasonable career,improve their working ability to solve practical problems,and consciously meet the new requirements for teaching management in the new era.
