摘要
目的探讨微课在基础护理教学中的实践效果。方法选取南昌市第一医院2017年9月录取的护理本科生42名作为本次研究的对照组,另选取2018年9月录取的护理本科生42名作为观察组。2组教学方式分别为常规教学以及微课堂教学。对2组学生的学习效果进行评价。结果观察组理论考核成绩以及操作考核成绩均高于对照组,基础知识、能力以及综合素质等学习成果评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组任务点完成率为100%。结论基础护理教学中运用微课程可有效提高学生的学习效率以及学习质量,帮助学生获得更好的学习成果。
Objective To explore the practical effect of microteaching in basic nursing teaching.Methods 42 nursing undergraduates enrolled in September 2017 were selected as the control group,and 42 nursing undergraduates enrolled in September 2018 were selected as the observation group.The two groups of teaching methods are conventional teaching and micro-classroom teaching.The learning effects of two groups of students were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical and operational assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of basic knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the completion rate of task points in the observation group was 100%.Conclusion The application of microcourses in basic nursing teaching can effectively improve students'learning efficiency and quality,and help students obtain better learning results.
