益气润肠通腑法治疗气虚肠燥型功能性便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Replenishing Qi and Moistening Intestines for Dredging Fu Organ Therapy in the Treatment of Functional Constipation of Deficiency of Qi Deficiency and Intestinal Dryness

目的观察益气润肠通腑法治疗气虚肠燥型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的病例62例,随机分为治疗组31例,对照组31例。治疗组采用益气润肠通腑中药(茶油润肠合剂——莱朴通腑改良方)口服治疗,对照组采用麻仁丸治疗,疗程均为2周,对比治疗1周、2周的便秘积分、大便性状积分、症状积分,1个月、3个月随访的便秘积分。结果治疗组与对照组治疗1周,便秘积分、大便性状积分及症状积分差异均无统计学意义(P≥0.05),治疗2周,1个月、3个月随访便秘积分有显著差异,治疗组明显优于对照组(P≤0.05)。结论益气润肠通腑法治疗慢性功能性便秘(气虚肠燥型)短期内可改善便秘症状,通过益气润肠通腑调其气血阴阳,亦能达到长期疗效稳定之功效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of replenishing qi and moistening intestines for dredging fu organ therapy in the treatment of functional constipation of deficiency of qi deficiency and intestinal dryness.Methods 62 cases accord with standard were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 cases and control group of 31 cases.The treatment group was treated with replenishing qi and moistening intestines for dredging fu organ therapy,and the control group took Maren pills treatment.The treatment continued for two weeks.After treatment of 1 week and 2 weeks,constipation symptoms integral,defecate character integral,symptoms integral,in 1 month,3 months of follow-up constipation integral was compared.Results After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in constipation score,fecal trait score and symptom score between the treatment group and the control group(P≥0.05).There were significant differences in constipation score after 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of follow-up,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P≤0.05).Conclusion Replenishing qi and moistening intestines for dredging fu organ therapy can improve the symptoms of constipation in a short period of time.Replenishing qi and moistening intestines for dredging fu organ therapy can regulate the qi,blood,yin and yang of the chronic functional constipation.
