杉树皮外固定+中药水剂治疗关节扭伤、骨折术前消肿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Cedar Bark External Fixation and Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Joint Sprain and Preoperative Swelling

目的探究杉树皮外固定+中药水剂治疗关节扭伤、骨折术前消肿临床疗效。方法选取在江西省定南县人民医院于2018年1月—2018年12月进行治疗的关节扭伤、四肢骨折患者72例,观察组及对照组各36例。观察组选择杉树皮外固定+中药水剂治疗,对照组选择单纯性杉树皮外固定治疗。对比2组疼痛肿胀消退时间、术后PRWE评分、治疗费用以及临床治疗效果。结果2组疼痛肿胀消退时间、住院费用、术后PRWE评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组77.78%(28/36),观察组的临床治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组的25.00%(9/36),观察组的并发症发生率为2.78%(1/36),2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对关节扭伤、四肢骨折患者,采用杉树皮外固定+中药水剂治疗,可显著改善患者的生活质量,取得极佳的临床治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cedar bark external fixation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of joint sprain and preoperative swelling.Methods 72 patients with joint sprain and limb fracture were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The observation group and the control group had 36 cases respectively.The cedar bark external fixation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction were applied in the observation group,and simple cedar bark external fixation treatment was applied in the control group.The pain swelling regression time,postoperative PRWE score,treatment cost,and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(28 cases(77.78%),the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.22%(35 cases),the X2 value was 6.2222,the P value was 0.0126,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 25.00%(9/36)in the control group,the complication rate in the observation group was 2.78%(1/36),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with joint sprain and limb fracture,the treatment with cedar bark external fixation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,achieve excellent clinical therapeutic effect,and have clinical application value.
