消肿止痛方熏洗防治混合痔术后并发症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaozhong Zhitong Recipe Fumigation and Washing in the Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的观察自拟消肿止痛方雾化熏洗对混合痔术后疼痛、肛缘水肿及便后出血,促进创面愈合的效果。方法将60例行混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组应用自拟消肿止痛方雾化熏洗治疗,对照组应用生理盐水雾化熏洗治疗,均早晚各1次,治疗7 d。分别在治疗后第2、5、7 d观察比较2组患者肛缘水肿、疼痛、便后出血情况及创面愈合时间,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组用药第7天肛缘水肿改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),用药第2、5天2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组用药第5、7天疼痛、便后出血改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第2天2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组创面愈合时间优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组有效率为86.67%(26/30),2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后应用自拟消肿止痛方能够有效地缓解疼痛、便后出血,减轻肛缘水肿,促进创面愈合,无明显不良反应,临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaozhong Zhitong recipe fumigation and washing on postoperative pain,anal edema,and bleeding after operation of mixed hemorrhoids and promote wound healing.Methods 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with Xiaozhong Zhitong recipe fumigation and washing,and the control group was treated with normal saline atomization fumigation once in the morning and evening.The patients were treated for 7 days.The anal edema,pain,bleeding after stool and wound healing time were observed and compared on the 2nd,5th and 7th day after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of anal edema on the 7th day in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 2nd and 5th day(P>0.05).The improvement of pain and bleeding after defecation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group on the 5th and 7th day(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 2nd day(P>0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 86.67%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiaozhong Zhitong recipe after operation of mixed hemorrhoids can effectively relieve pain,bleeding after stool,reduce anal edema,promote wound healing,without obvious adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is definite.
