中西医治疗脓毒症急性胃肠损伤研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Gastrointestinal Injury in Sepsis

脓毒症是重症患者重要死因,常伴有急性胃肠损伤(AGI),而AGI同多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)关系密切,是影响脓毒症患者预后重要因素。目前西医对脓毒症AGI认识不断加深并逐步形成规范性诊疗措施。中医药治疗脓毒症AGI同样积累了大量临床研究资料,取得了一定的成果。本文对中西医治疗脓毒症AGI研究进行了归纳和总结,展望未来发展,以期为中西医治疗脓毒症急性胃肠损伤应用提供新思路及方案,并对民族医药的深入挖掘及整理产生积极影响。

Sepsis is an important cause of death in critically ill patients,often accompanied by acute gastrointestinal injury(AGI),and AGI is closely related to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),which is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients with sepsis.At present,western medicine has deepened its understanding of sepsis AGI and gradually formed standardized diagnosis and treatment measures.TCM treatment of sepsis AGI has also accumulated a large number of clinical research data and achieved certain results.This paper summarized the research on AGI in the treatment of sepsis by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and looked forward to the future development,hoping to provide new ideas and programs for the application of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sepsis acute gastrointestinal injury,and to have a positive impact on the in-depth exploration and arrangement of ethnic medicine.
