摘要
中医药的发展受到逐步重视,进入一个黄金期,逐步走向世界。应该培养什么样的中医药人才,尤其在地多人少的欠发达地区,是中医药人才培养共同关注的热点、难点问题。本文就地多人少的欠发达地区中医药人才培养模式提出思路,望对该地区中医药人才的培养有所促进。
The development of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually been paid attention to and entered a golden phase and gradually moved towards the world.What kind of traditional Chinese medicine talents should be trained,especially in less developed areas,is a hot and difficult problem in the training of Chinese medicine talents in this area.This paper puts forward the train of thought for the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine talents in underdeveloped areas with fewer people,and hopes to promote the talent training of traditional Chinese medicine in this region.
