摘要 以电压型绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的驱动为研究对象,提出了驱动等效模型,将IGBT开关周期划分为四个阶段,并进行了运行模式分析。提出了基于双脉冲输入的IGBT驱动优化设计策略,策略中包含初始设计、温控型双脉冲测试平台设计、开关特性测试及数据处理、以及基于最小损耗的优化设计四个步骤。最后进行了实例验证,测试结果验证了所提出优化设计策略的有效性。 Drive of voltage-type IGBT was studied and its equivalent model was proposed.IGBT switching period was divided into four stages based on this model,and the operational mode analysis was made.Design optimization strategy of IGBT drive based on double pulse test was proposed,which was composed of four steps,including initial design,temperature-controlled double-pulse-test platform design,switching characteristics test and data processing,and design optimization based on minimum power loss.Finally,an experimental case was done,and the effectiveness of the proposed design optimization strategy was verified by the test results.
