摘要
针对5G通信设备与测试仪器对微波器件小型化的要求越来越高,无源功分器以工作稳定、结构简单的优势,在各种微波系统中得到了大量的应用。本文设计了一种集总参数小型化π模型不等分的Wilkinson功分器,两个输出端口的功率比为2∶1。相对于传统的结构,在保证性能满足要求的前提下,可以大幅缩小器件的尺寸,具有实际的应用价值。
For 5G RF(Radio Frequency)devices,various instrumentation and sensors,there is an increasing demand for the miniaturization of microwave devices.The passive power divider has the advantages of stable operation and simple structure in various microwave systems,instrumentation,and a large number of applications in 5G,so the performance of the power divider will affect the performance of the entire communication system to a large extent.The following shows a lumpedπmodel output power ratio of 2∶1 unequal Wilkinson power divider.Compared with the traditional structure,under the premise of ensuring that the performance meets the requirements,the size of the device can be greatly reduced,and the practical application value is obtained.
