稻谷型日粮添加复合酶对肉鸭生长性能和养分消化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 稻谷由于纤维含量高很少用作饲料,本研究以稻谷为试验原料,评估以木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合酶对饲喂稻谷型日粮肉鸭生长性能及养分表观消化率的影响。试验选择1日龄平均初始体重为(59.46±0.07)g的肉鸭624只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复26只,各组肉鸭分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮以20%稻谷取代玉米日粮+0、0.5和1 g/kg复合酶日粮,试验共开展5周。结果:饲喂稻谷日粮的肉鸭较玉米-豆粕型日粮组使35 d肉鸭的体重平均显著提高122.25 g(P<0.05),稻谷型日粮添加0.5或1 g/kg复合酶较未添加酶组使肉鸭的末重分别显著提高104.77和174.71 g(P<0.05)。稻谷型日粮添加复合酶显著降低了肉鸭的平均日采食量和料重比(P<0.05),稻谷型日粮未添加复合酶组料重比表现最高(P<0.05),而稻谷型日粮添加复合酶显著提高了22~35 d肉鸭平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了该阶段的料重比(P<0.05)。整个试验期,稻谷型日粮添加复合酶显著提高了肉鸭的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了平均日采食量和料重比(P<0.05)。且随着稻谷型日粮复合酶添加水平的升高,粗蛋白质表观消化率表现为显著升高(P<0.05),未添加复合酶的玉米-稻谷型日粮组粗蛋白质表观消化率最低(P<0.05)。稻谷型日粮添加复合酶显著提高了表观代谢能的消化率(P<0.05)。日粮添加复合酶显著提高了中性洗涤纤维表现消化率(P<0.05),且中性洗涤纤维表观消化率随日粮复合酶添加水平的升高而升高(P<0.05)。结论:稻谷型日粮添加以木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合酶可以改善肉鸭的生长性能以及粗蛋白质、表观代谢能和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率。 Paddy is rarely used as feed because of its high fibre content.In this study,paddy was used as experimental raw material to evaluate the effect of complex enzymes composed of xylanase,β-glucanase and cellulase on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of meat ducks fed a paddy-type diet.A total of 624 meat ducks with an average initial body weight of(59.46±0.07)g on day 1 were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 replicates in each group and 26 replicates in each group.The meat ducks in each group were fed a corn-soybean meal diet with 20%paddy instead of corn diet and addition of 0,0.5 and 1 g/kg complex enzyme.The experiment was carried out for 5 weeks.Results:compared with the corn-soybean meal diet,the meat ducks fed the paddy diet increased their body weight by 122.25 g on average at 35 days(P<0.05),and the paddy diet supplemented with 0.5 or 1 g/kg complex enzyme increased their final weight by 104.77 and 174.71 g respectively compared with the non-supplemented diet(P<0.05).Paddy type diet adding compound enzyme significantly reduces the average daily intake of every test and material weight ratio(P<0.05),paddy type diet without adding compound enzyme group is heavy than the highest performance(P<0.05),and paddy diet adding compound enzyme was significantly improved the 22-35 d every average daily gain(P<0.05),significantly decreased the phase of the material weight ratio(P<0.05).During the whole experiment period,the addition of complex enzyme to the paddy diet significantly increased the average daily weight gain of the meat duck(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the average daily feed intake and feed weight ratio(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein increased significantly(P<0.05)with the increase of the level of adding complex enzyme in the paddy type diet,while the apparent digestibility of crude protein in the corn-paddy type diet group without adding complex enzyme was the lowest(P<0.05).The digestibility of apparent metabolic energy was significantly increased by adding complex enzymes to the paddy type diet(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent increased with the addition of dietary complex enzyme(P<0.05).Conclusion:the addition of xylanase,β-glucanase and cellulase to the paddy type diet can improve the growth performance of meat duck and the apparent digestibility of crude protein,apparent metabolic energy and neutral detergent fiber.
