摘要 饲料工业是养殖业的重要产业链之一,在饲料行业竞争日趋激烈的当下,企业竞争往往从价格战为主的角度进行竞争,而忽略了市场营销定位的重要性。市场营销定位是企业在变化的市场环境中,从满足消费者需求和实现企业目标出发,综合制定各类营销策略,将产品、价格和服务有机结合,在消费者心目中确定企业整体形象的一系列过程。本文通过分析我国饲料行业发展现状及存在的问题,明确营销市场定位的重要性,从目标用户、市场定位和营销手段等角度提出饲料企业实现市场营销定位的方法,以期提高饲料企业的相对竞争优势,树立企业综合形象。 The feed industry is one of the important industrial chains of the breeding industry,in the feed industry competition is increasingly fierce today,the enterprise competition is often from the perspective of price war,but ignore the importance of marketing positioning.Marketing positioning is a series of processes in which an enterprise determines the overall image of the enterprise in the target market position in the minds of consumers in a changing market environment,from the perspective of meeting consumer needs and achieving corporate objectives,by comprehensively using various marketing means and organically combining products,prices and services.By analyzing the development status and existing problems of China’s feed industry,this paper makes clear the importance of marketing positioning and puts forward countermeasures to improve the marketing positioning ability of feed enterprises,so as to improve the core competitiveness of feed enterprises and set up the comprehensive image of enterprises.
