不同水平的膨化豆粕对肉鸭生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different levels of expanded soybean meal on growth performance, serum biochemical index and economic benefit of ducks

摘要 为研究不同水平的发酵豆粕对肉鸭生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响,选择体重相近的3周龄樱桃谷鸭200只随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复5只,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,试验2、3、4组分别用25%、50%、75%膨化豆粕替代基础日粮中普通豆粕,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组比分别提高13.7%、12.7%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组的料重比较1组比分别降低9.9%、6.4%(P<0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组血清中的白蛋白(ALB)含量均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)含量均低于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组血清中总蛋白(TP)含量较1组比分别提高15.9%、13.3%(P<0.05),试验3、4组血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)、血尿素氮(BUN)含量较1组比分别降低10.5%、9.1%、26.5%、24.4%(P<0.05);(3)试验3、4组每日净收益较1组比分别提高10.5%、6.3%。结论表明,75%膨化豆粕替代基础日粮中普通豆粕可以提高肉鸭生长性能和经济效益,提高血清中TP含量,降低血清中GPT、BUN含量,提高肝肾代谢水平。 In order to study the effect of different levels of expanded soybean meal on growth performance,serum biochemical index and economic benefit of ducks.2003-week-old Cherry Valley ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 replicates in each group and 5 in each replicates.One group was fed basic diet as the control group,and 25%,50%and 75%expanded soybean meal were used in experiment 2,3 and 4 groups respectively to replace the common soybean meal in the basic diet.The experimental period was 21 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 13.7%and 12.7%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the average intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 9.9%and 6.4%lower than that of group 1 respectively;(2)The albumin(ALB)content of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),and the aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)content of groups 2,3 and 4 was lower than that of group 1(P>0.05).The content of total protein(TP)in the serum of groups 3 and 4 was 15.9%and 13.3%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the content of glutamate aminotransferase(GPT)and blood uren nitrogen(BUN)in the serum of groups 3 and 4 were 10.5%,9.1%,26.5%and 24.4%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05);(3)The daily net income of groups 3 and 4 was 10.5%and 6.3%higher than that of group 1.The results indicated that 75%expanded soybean meal instead of common soybean meal in basic diet could improve the growth performance and economic benefit of ducks,increase the TP content in serum,reduce the GPT and BUN content in serum,and improve the metabolism level of liver and kidney.
