复合益生菌制剂对感染产毒素大肠杆菌断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能及肠道菌群结构的影响 被引量:9

Effects of probiotics on growth performance,immune function and intestinal microflora structure of weaned piglets infected with enterotoxigenic E.coli

摘要 为研究不同水平的复合益生菌制剂对感染产毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能及肠道菌群结构的影响,本试验选择体重相近的28日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪60头,随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头猪,试验1组为对照组,试验2组为大肠杆菌感染组,试验3、4组分别在日粮中添加1.0、1.5 g/kg的复合益生菌制剂,试验开始7 d,试验2、3、4组灌服ETEC 10 mL(109 cfu/mL),试验1组给予等量的生理盐水,试验期为14 d,试验结束后测定其生长性能、免疫机能及肠道菌群结构。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较2组比分别提高3.9%、6.4%(P<0.05),试验3、4组平均采食量均高于2组(P>0.05),试验3、4组料重比、腹泻率较2组比分别降低4.7%、7.6%、31.2%、33.3%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组血清中IgG、IgA、Il-2含量较2组比分别提高14.8%、18.1%、10.7%、14.3%、8.0%、8.6%(P<0.05),试验3、4组血清中的IgM、IL-6含量均高于2组(P>0.05);(3)试验3、4组粪便中大肠杆菌含量较2组比分别降低19.1%、19.7%(P<0.05),试验3、4组粪便中的沙门菌含量均低于2组(P>0.05),试验3、4组粪便中的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌含量较2组比分别提高20.4%、23.1%、6.7%、7.8%(P<0.05)。综上,不同水平的复合益生菌制剂可以提高感染产毒素大肠杆菌断奶仔猪的生长性能和免疫机能,改善肠道菌群结构,以1.5 g/kg添加为适宜。 In order to study the effects of different levels of probiotics on the growth performance,immune function and intestinal microflora structure of weaned piglets infected with ETEC,sixty 28 day old“Du×Chang×Da”three way hybrid weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,each group had 15 replicates,each replicate had 1 pig,the first group was the control group,the second group was the E.coli infection group,the third and the fourth groups added 1.0,1.5 g/kg of compound probiotics to the diet,and the second,third and fourth groups were given ETEC 10 mL(109 cfu/mL)7 days after the start of the experiment.The growth performance,immune function and intestinal microflora structure were measured after 14 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the group 2,the average daily gain of test groups 3 and 4 was increased by 3.9%and 6.4%respectively(P<0.05),the average food intake of test groups 3 and 4 was higher than that of group 2(P>0.05),the material weight ratio and diarrhea rate of test groups 3 and 4 were decreased by 4.7%,7.6%,31.2%and 33.3%respectively(P<0.05);(2)The content of IgG,IgA and IL-2 in test groups 3 and 4 were increased by 14.8%,18.1%,10.7%,14.3%,8.0%,8.6%(P<0.05),the content of IgM and IL-6 in the serum of groups 3 and 4 were higher than that of group 2(P>0.05);(3)Compared with the group 2,the content of E.coli in feces of groups 3 and 4 was decreased by 19.1%and 19.7%respectively(P<0.05),the content of Salmonella in feces of groups 3 and 4 was lower than that of group 2(P>0.05),the content of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium in feces of groups 3 and 4 were increased by 20.4%,23.1%,6.7%and 7.8%respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion that different levels of compound probiotics could improve the growth performance and immune function of weaned piglets infected with enterotoxigenic E.coli and improve the structure of intestinal flora.
