摘要
当前,医院门诊量增加的同时,退费率也随之升高,给医院财务管理和内部控制带来了新的挑战。本文采用统计分析和数据挖掘技术等方法,对A医院2018年的退费数据进行深入分析,找出引发门诊患者退费的关键因素,如就诊流程不完善、信息系统项目冗杂、排队方式欠科学等,并提出相应的改善对策。
At present,with the increasing number of outpatients in the hospital,the refund rate also raising,this brings new challenges to the financial management and internal control of the hospital.By using the methods of statistical analysis and data mining,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the refund data of A hospital in 2018,and finds out the key factors that lead to outpatient refund,such as imperfect medical process,jumbled information system items,unscientific queuing mode,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
