摘要
随着“互联网+移动支付”的发展,群众就诊支付即时性、多样化趋势明显。医院必须改造支付方式,以患者需求为中心、患者满意为导向,充分利用现代信息技术,利用身份证、社会保障卡、居民健康卡、院内就诊卡四种介质,结合自助设备、POS机、移动支付等应用,整合现金、扫码、医保等支付方式,拓展支付渠道,重塑财务流程。通过支付流程改造,加强财务管理,减少患者排队次数、缩短等候时间,改善群众就医感受。
With the development of"Internet+Mobile payment",the trend of immediacy and diversification of mass medical treatment payment is obvious.Hospitals must transform their payment methods,take patients'demand as the center and patients'satisfaction as the orientation,make full use of modern information technology,make full use of four medias from ID card,social security card,resident health card and hospital medical card,and combined with self-help equipment,POS machine,mobile payment and other applications,then hospitals should integrate cash,code scanning,medical insurance and other payment methods to expand payment channels,reshape the financial process.It is necessary to strengthen the financial management,reduce the queuing times of patients,shorten the waiting time,and improve the feeling of people seeking medical treatment through the reform of the payment process.
