“1+N”特色教师的培育路径

摘要 “1+N”特色教师是指在教育教学活动中基于个性特长,具备“1+N”种教学能力和教学风格的教师。开展“1+N”特色教师的校本研训,要立足学校和教师的发展实际,从教师发展诉求入手,实施多维度拉网式诊断,确立发展愿景和发展方向;根据学科特色发展和特长素养发展诉求,铺设多元的特色成长平台;提供微课堂、协同课堂等平台,彰显教师特色和培育成效。
