摘要
为确定不同施氮量对春玉米籽粒脱水特性的影响,采用二因素随机区组设计,选用春玉米品种京农科728和先玉335为供试材料,设置5个施氮水平(N1,120 kg/hm^2;N2,180 kg/hm^2;N3,240 kg/hm^2;N4,300 kg/hm^2;N5,360 kg/hm^2),进行了不同氮肥水平下春玉米籽粒和茎秆中水的质量分数变化动态的试验。结果表明,京农科728和先玉335在各氮肥水平下籽粒脱水速率差异不明显,但京农科728的籽粒脱水快于先玉335。2个品种生理成熟前茎秆中水的质量分数均呈先微增然后逐渐下降的变化趋势。
Jingnongke-728 and Xianyu-335 were used as materials to conduct the dynamic changes of moisture content of grain and stem in spring maize under five nitrogen application levels including N1,120 kg/hm^2;N2,180 kg/hm^2;N3,240 kg/hm^2;N4,300 kg/hm^2;N5,360 kg/hm^2.Two-factor random block design was adopted in this paper.The results showed that both Jingnongke-728 and Xianyu-335 had no obvious difference in grain dehydration rate under five nitrogen fertilizer levels,but generally Jingnongke-728 dehydrated faster than that in Xianyu-335.Prior to physiological maturity,the water content in stem increased slightly at first and then decreased gradually.
